POTATO KEPHTEDES

Ingredients
  Boiled potatoes 1 Pound, cold
  Melted butter 1 Ounce
  Flour 2 Ounce
  Tomatoes 2
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped green onion 2 Cup (32 tbs), for frying
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs), for frying
Directions

Sieve the potatoes, add the butter and stir in all other ingredients.
Knead lightly, roll out on floured board and cut into rounds.
Fry in little hot oil until lightly browned, or place on greased pan in hot oven until browned.
They should be soft inside.
