Coley's Picnic Potatoes

Ingredients
  Red potatoes 8 Medium
  Onion salt 2 Tablespoon (Add More Quantity As Per Taste)
  Freshly cracked black pepper To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (2 Sticks)
  Bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Onions 1 1⁄2 Large, chopped
Directions

Wash and peel potatoes.
Slice thin and place on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Potatoes should be stacked in 3 layers and each layer sprinkled with above listed ingredients ending with butter, bell pepper and onions on top.
Wrap securely in foil and place on barbeque grill.
Cook 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
Great with steaks.
These may be prepared ahead and kept in refrigerator or ice chest until ready to cook.
Makes 4 servings.
