  Broken cashew 5 Gram, broken
  Garlic 5 Gram
  Ginger 5 Gram
  Chili paste 20 Gram
  Tomato ketchup 10 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Ajino-moto 3 Gram
  Sugar 3 Gram
  Soya 3 Milliliter
  Spring onion 10 Gram
  Vinegar 5 Milliliter
  Corn flour 20 Gram
  Oil 50 Milliliter
  Stock 200 Milliliter
  Chili oil 50 Milliliter
  Mushroom 100 Milliliter
Directions

1. Blanch potato,mushroom & corn keep aside
2. Sautee ginger, garlic, onion, capsicum, broken cashew nut, chilli paste, tomato ketchup and add stock
3. Add potato & corn, add corn flour adjust seasoning
