Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 Pound, peeled and cut into quarters
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine / a mixture of both 3 Tablespoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream/Milk / a mixture of both 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed in press (Use More As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a saucepan, add potatoes, water and salt, cover, bring to boil and boil for 20 minutes till potatoes turn fork tender. Drain well.
2. Take a ricer, allow potatoes to pass through it into a rice bowl or mash the potatoes using a potato masher.
3. Add butter, milk, cream, mashed garlic cloves and pepper and stir vigorously to blend well.

SERVING
4. Place in a warm serving dish or pipe onto a plank.
