|Potatoes||5 Large (Old Potatoes Are Best)|
|Hot milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Yogurt/Sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Peel and grate potatoes and onion.
Add salt, pepper, milk, eggs and butter.
Pour into a square buttered baking dish, to a depth of at least 2 1/2 inches.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, lower heat to 375°F and bake 45 minutes longer.
Cut into squares and serve hot topped with a dollop of yogurt or sour cream.
