Potatoes With Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 , roughly diced
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , diced
  White cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh ginger piece 1 Inch, shredded
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilies 2 , chopped
  Chopped fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook the potato dice in lightly salted water until soft.
Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a karahi or deep frying pan, add the onion and cumin seeds and fry until the onions are lightly browned.
Lower the heat, mix in the turmeric, chilli powder, ginger and salt and mix in well.
Add the cooked potatoes and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the red chillies, fresh coriander and sesame seeds and stir to mix well.
Serve hot with naan or chapatis.
