Garlic-Rosemary Potato Halves

Ingredients
  Russet potatoes 3 Medium, cut in half lenghtwise
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Minced fresh rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place potatoes in Deep Basket.
Stir together the olive oil, garlic and rosemary.
Brush on the cut surface of the potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Rotate the potatoes for 45 minutes or until tender when pierced.
Brush with any remaining oil and serve.
