Cottage Fried Potatoes

Ingredients
  Boiled potatoes 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bacon drippings/Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Pare the potatoes and slice.
2. Heat the fat, brown the potatoes in it, turning them several times. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
