Low Calorie Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped peeled potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In large saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil.
Add potatoes; simmer, covered for 10 to 12 minutes, until tender.
Drain water.
Add milk and pepper; mash until smooth.
Serve hot
