Easy Microwave Scalloped Potatoes
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced white potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs) (About 3 Medium)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
Place butter in 1-qt measuring cup.
Microwave at High (10) 1/2 Minute, or until melted.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Gradually stir in milk.
Microwave at High (10) 8 to 10 Minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
Layer half of potatoes, onion and sauce in greased 2-qt casserole.
Microwave at High (10) 17 to 19 Minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
