Parsley Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 450 Gram (Medium)
  Butter 15 Gram
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Boil potatoes in their jackets till well cooked.
2. Drain. Dry off moisture. Cool and peel.
3. Melt butter in sufficiently large pan. Add salt.
4. Put in the peeled potatoes. Toss well. Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
