Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 500 Gram, thinly sliced (Peeled)
  Butter 60 Gram (2 Oz)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Finely chopped fresh rosemary 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Bring a large saucepan of water to boil. Add potatoes. When water boils again, remove pan from heat and drain potatoes in a colander. Pat dry with paper towels.
2. Melt butter in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Add garlic, potato slices and rosemary.
3. Saute potatoes until lightly golden and cooked through. Shake pan frequently to prevent them from sticking, and turn them over occasionally with a spatula. Serve at once, in a heated dish.
