Potato Salties

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Sodium bicarbonate 1 Pinch
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Kneading)
Directions

Sieve salt, soda bicarb and flour together in a large mixing bowl.
Crush the cummin seeds slightly Mix mashed potatoes, butter and cummin seeds together.
Knead flour and potatoes mixture into a hard dough with milk.
Keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Knead again and roll out the dough 1/2 cm thick.
Cut into desired shape and sprinkle little cuminseeds over the biscuits.
Prick the biscuits with fork.
Grease a baking tray and keep biscuits in it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the tray and cool completely.
