Hot Cheesy Potatoes with Broccoli
|New potatoes||21 Ounce, thickly sliced (600 Grams / 1 Pound And 5 Ounce)|
|Broccoli||8 Ounce (200 Grams, Tender Stem Variety)|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Goat cheese slices||4 (From A Log)|
1. Steam the potatoes for 10-12 mins until just cooked. Add the broccoli, then cook for about 5 more mins until tender.
2. While the veg is cooking, mix the olive oil, lemon juice and some seasoning together in a large bowl. When the veg are ready, tip them into the dressing, toss together, then pile onto plates. Top each pile with a slice of goat's cheese and serve.
