Grilled Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Medium
  Melted butter/Margarine 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Paprika 1 Milliliter (1/4 Teaspoon)
  Coarse salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Unsalted butter To Taste
Directions

Scrub and boil the potatoes in their skins.
Cool and peel.
Cut them in half, lengthwise, place on baking sheet.
Brush generously each half with the melted butter mixed with the paprika.
Put under direct heat, about 2 to 3 inches (5 to 7.5 cm) away from the source of heat, grill until they are golden brown.
Serve as soon as ready, with the coarse salt, pepper and unsalted butter.
Let everyone use these at his discretion.
