Ingredients
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen french fried potatoes 16 Ounce, diced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook and stir bell pepper, pimiento and onion in margarine in 10-inch skillet until onion is tender.
Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are brown and heated.
