|Instant mashed potato flakes||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Pork flavored seasoned coating mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In small glass bowl, heat water, milk, butter and dry mustard 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until boiling.
Stir in instant mashed potatoes; cool.
Meanwhile, cut "X" slit in ends of frankfurters.
Pat potato mixture around frankfurters, leaving ends exposed; roll in coating mix.
On paper plate, arrange coated frankfurters; heat 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 minutes.
If potato coating cracks, press together with fingers.
