One of the simplest yet very tasty side dish which goes very well with plain rice and dal.
|Boiled potatoes||1 , coarsely mashed (peeled)|
|Tomato||1 , mashed (blanched, peeled)|
|Coconut oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Crush green chilli, salt and asafoetida together by adding few drops of water.
2. Mix potato, tomato and crushed green chillies. Add about 1/4 cup of water and mix it well.
3. Add coconut oil and mix it well. Serve.
