Potato Gojju

One of the simplest yet very tasty side dish which goes very well with plain rice and dal.
Ingredients
  Boiled potatoes 1 , coarsely mashed (peeled)
  Tomato 1 , mashed (blanched, peeled)
  Green chilli 1
  Asafoetida 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Coconut oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Crush green chilli, salt and asafoetida together by adding few drops of water.
2. Mix potato, tomato and crushed green chillies. Add about 1/4 cup of water and mix it well.
3. Add coconut oil and mix it well. Serve.
