Stuffed Baked Potatoes
|Baking potato||4 Large|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Luncheon meat||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|American cheese slice||4 , cut in half diagonally|
|Grated parmesan||2 Teaspoon|
Bake potatoes at 425° for 45 minutes.
Blend together margarine and seasonings; set aside.
Slice each potato crosswise into 4 pieces.
Cut meat in half crosswise, then cut each half into 6 slices crosswise.
Insert a slice of meat between potato pieces.
Reassemble potato and wrap in foil, but do not close top.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Place cheese triangles on top; bake till cheese melts, about 1 minute.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Serve with margarine mixture.
