Creamy Mashed Potato Bake
|Potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs), mashed|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|French fried onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), divided (French's)|
|Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, shredded (divided)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine mashed potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder.
2. Spoon half of mixture into 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining potato mixture.
3. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
