Rich Stuffed Baked Potatoes

|Milk/Half and half||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Crumbled bacon/Snipped chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Pierce potatoes with a fork and place on the floor of the oven. Microwave, uncovered, at Cook Cycle 1 (power level 10) for 13 to 19 minutes, or until tender. Let stand 3 minutes.
2. Cut potatoes in half, scoop out cooked potato from shells, and combine potato with butter in a 1 1/2-quart mixing bowl. Add milk and mash lightly, the potatoes should remain somewhat lumpy. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Fill potato shells with mashed potatoes and place on a microwave-safe serving platter. Microwave, uncovered, at Cook Cycle 2 (power level 7) for 6 1/2 to 8 minutes, or until heated through. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
