Potatoes In Cream

Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), diced (cooked)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, snipped
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, except parsley, in large skillet.
2. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cream is slightly thickened and potatoes are piping hot.
3. Serve wtih parsley sprinkled on top
