Lace Potato Crisps
|Peeled potato||1 Large, grated|
|Onion||1 Medium, grated|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
|Savory||1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)|
Grate and mix together the potato and the onion.
Add the salt and savory.
Heat salad oil in an iron frying pan to sizzling hot.
Drop the mixture by small spoonfuls into the hot oil.
They cook quickly, about 30 seconds on each side, and they are most attractive, all lacy, crisp and golden brown.
