Ingredients
  Baked white potato/Cold peeled boiled white potato 6
  Butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Dice or slice the potatoes.
Heat the butter in a skillet, add potatoes and saute until golden brown on under side.
Then turn and complete browning on other side.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve.
