Creamed Potatoes Ii
|White potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs), diced cooked peeled|
|Light cream/Top milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1 Teaspoon|
Combine potatoes, salt, butter, pepper, and milk in a skillet, and cook very slowly until the milk is slightly thickened and the potatoes are hot sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
