Potato Cheddar Broil

Ingredients
  Sliced potatoes 8 Ounce (1/4-Inch Thick Slices)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, cut into thin strips
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Line baking sheet with foil.
Spray with non stick cooking spray.
Sprinkle both sides of potato slices with salt and pepper; arrange on prepared baking sheet.
Broil approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until slices are well browned.
Turn and broil other side.
Remove from broiler and top with cheese.
Broil until cheese melts thoroughly.
