Potato Cheddar Broil
|Sliced potatoes||8 Ounce (1/4-Inch Thick Slices)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, cut into thin strips|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, sliced|
Line baking sheet with foil.
Spray with non stick cooking spray.
Sprinkle both sides of potato slices with salt and pepper; arrange on prepared baking sheet.
Broil approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until slices are well browned.
Turn and broil other side.
Remove from broiler and top with cheese.
Broil until cheese melts thoroughly.
