|Potatoes||3 Medium, peeled|
|Cooking oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Shred potatoes using medium holes of grater.
Rinse well in cold water and pat dry with paper toweling.
In medium saucepan heat cooking oil to 360°F.
Place potatoes in a wire basket; fry in oil 5 to 7 minutes or till golden.
Drain on paper toweling.
