|Softened cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion salt||1 Tablespoon|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
Cook potatoes as usual in salted water until tender.
Add cream cheese in pieces.
Add next 5 ingredients.
Beat until smooth and fluffy.
Scrape into 2 quart (2 L) casserole.
Place dabs of butter here and there over top of potatoes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and heat in 350°F (180°C) oven until heated through.
