Scalloped Potatoes With Cheddar Cheese
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Potatoes||4 Medium, cut into 1/8-inch slices to make 4 cups|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
1. Empty soup into 2-quart casserole. Stir in milk gradually. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Cover tightly and microwave on high 20 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
