Easy Mashed Potatoes
|Russet potatoes||10 Medium, peeled and cubed|
|Warm milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Crushed black pepper||1 Dash|
Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender.
Mash Potatoes with a masher while they are still hot.
Add warm milk, butter, salt, garlic powder and pepper; mash using electic hand beater/mixer until light and fluffy.
