Eggs And Mashed Potatoes With Sauce Mornay
|Mashed potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soft butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Green chillies||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Milk||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Mornay sauce||200 Milliliter (4/5 Cup)|
|Finely chopped mint||2 Tablespoon|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
1. Spread potato mixture at the bottom of a well greased baking dish.
2. Carefully poach each egg and arrange on bed of potato.
3. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle grated cheese, mint and chilli powder and brown under hot grill. Serve hot.
