|Finely chopped potatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Raw)|
|Finely chopped turkey||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned chicken gravy||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried rosemary leaves||1 Dash, crushed|
|Green pepper rings||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Set electric skillet at 200Â°; melt butter or margarine in skillet.
Add potatoes, turkey, onion, chopped green pepper, chicken gravy, water, salt, rosemary, and pepper; mix well.
Cover; simmer mixture for 15 minutes or till vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add small amount of additional water, if needed.
Garnish hash with green pepper rings.
