Turkey Hash

  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Raw)
  Finely chopped turkey 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned chicken gravy 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary leaves 1 Dash, crushed
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Green pepper rings 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Set electric skillet at 200°; melt butter or margarine in skillet.
Add potatoes, turkey, onion, chopped green pepper, chicken gravy, water, salt, rosemary, and pepper; mix well.
Cover; simmer mixture for 15 minutes or till vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add small amount of additional water, if needed.
Garnish hash with green pepper rings.
