Vegetarian Eggs And Mashed Potatoes With Sauce Mornay
|Cottage cheese||250 Gram (Indian Variety)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
1. Mash cottage cheese until very smooth. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix well. Divide into small balls and form them into oval.shaped.eggs.
2. Place these mock eggs instead on bed of potato.
3. Follow stage 3 as instructed.
4. You may also bake if desired in a preheated hot oven for 10 minutes until top turns brown (220Â°C-425Â°F-gas mark-7). Serve hot.
