In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make tasty Parsley-Buttered New Potatoes. They are a great variation on the potato theme!
Ingredients
  New potato 10 Medium (Peeled from center)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh parsely To Taste, snipped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Peel the potatoes from the center forming a band.

MAKING
2. In a deep pan, add water, salt and potatoes, cook till tender but not mushy.
3. In a skillet, heat butter, add boiled potatoes, cook till the potatoes are slightly red.

SERVING
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
