Favorite Mashed Potatoes
|Potatoes||3 Pound, unpeeled (10 medium size)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nonfat butter granules||6 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Steam potatoes until they can easily be pierced with a fork.
In a small saucepan, heat milk until warm and set aside.
Place potatoes, milk and "butter" granules in a large bowl and mash with a potato masher until smooth.
Add pepper to taste.
