Favorite Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Pound, unpeeled (10 medium size)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nonfat butter granules 6 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Steam potatoes until they can easily be pierced with a fork.
In a small saucepan, heat milk until warm and set aside.
Peel potatoes.
Place potatoes, milk and "butter" granules in a large bowl and mash with a potato masher until smooth.
Add pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
