Quickie Cheesed Skillet Potatoes
|Frozen french fried potatoes||1 Pound (1 package)|
|Italian salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Shredded sharp process cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place French fries in shallow skillet; pour dressing over, tossing to coat the potatoes evenly.
Sprinkle with onion and parsley flakes.
Heat, turning as needed, till browned slightly.
When potatoes are heated through, place in bowl; top with cheese; toss lightly and serve at once.
