Herbed Skillet French Fries
|Frozen french fried potatoes||1 Pound (1 package)|
|Evaporated milk||6 Ounce (1 can, 2/3 cup)|
|Dried dillweed||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped pimiento||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded sharp process cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Brown French fries in butter over slow coals, turning potatoes with pancake turner; pour evaporated milk over and sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Heat just till cheese melts, turning occasionally with pancake turner.
