SPICY POTATO & ROTI ROLL

Ingredients
  Plain flour 150 Milliliter
  Wheat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  White bread slice 2
  Ghee 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ghee 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiled potatoes 7 , mashed
  Green peas 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), boiled
  Cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Green chillies 3 , chopped
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste

  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frying oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For frying)
  Amchur 2 Teaspoon (To be mixed into masala water)
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon (To be mixed into masala water)
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon (To be mixed into masala water)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (To be mixed into masala water)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (To be mixed into masala water)
  Onions 2 , chopped (To be mixed into an onion masala mixture)
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon (To be mixed into an onion masala mixture)
  Amchur 1 Teaspoon (To be mixed into an onion masala mixture)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (To be mixed into an onion masala mixture)
  Green chilies in vinegar and chili sauce 3
Directions

How to proceed

1. Apply a little masala water, sprinkle a little onion masala mixture and chillies in vinegar on each roti.

2. Put a potato roll in the centre, fold and cook each roti on both sides for a few minutes using a little ghee.

3. Serve hot.
