Potato Sagle / Humman
|Potatoes||3 , pressure cook and cut into 1"cubes|
|Coconut||2 Cup (32 tbs), frozen|
|Red chillies||8 (fry in little oil)|
|Tamarind paste||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Prepare masala by grinding coconut, red chilli , tamarind paste and asafoetida by adding about 1 cup of water.
2. Add it to cooked potatoes along with salt and some more water to make it a medium thick gravy .
3. Bring it to a boil.
4. Cover and cook on low flame for about 10-15 minutes.
5. Serve hot with plain rice.
