Skillet Squash And Potatoes

|Potato||1 Small, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Yellow summer squash||1 Small, sliced|
In a covered skillet over medium-low heat, cook the potato and onion in oil for 12 minutes.
Add squash; cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
