Skillet Squash And Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potato 1 Small, peeled and thinly sliced
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Yellow summer squash 1 Small, sliced
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Dash
Directions

In a covered skillet over medium-low heat, cook the potato and onion in oil for 12 minutes.
Add squash; cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
