Curried Potatoes

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 500 Gram, diced
  Tamarind sauce/Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Minced chili 1 Teaspoon
  Toasted shredded coconut 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or As Required)
Directions

Combine oil, onion, tumeric powder, chilli-powder, cumin and Garam masala in bowl, cook on HIGH for three minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except coconut, cover, cook on HIGH for ten minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in coconut.
