|Baking potatoes||4 Large|
|Grated broccoli stems||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Shredded red cabbage||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Diced fully cooked ham||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Bake potatoes in the oven or microwave until done.
In a skillet, saute the next six ingredients in butter for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
