|New potatoes||1 Pound (500 Gram)|
|Butter||1 Ounce (30 Gram)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Bring saucepan of water to boil, add potatoes and cook until tender, 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
Add butter, season with salt and pepper, stir gently until potatoes are coated with butter.
Sprinkle with parsley
