New Potatoes With Rosemary

Ingredients
  Small new potatoes 1 Pound (Red Skinned Are Best)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Crumbled rosemary 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a large saucepan, combine potatoes and enough water to cover.
Bring water to a boil; add salt and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain potatoes.
Return potatoes to pan; turn heat to low, cover, and cook, shaking pan occasionally, about 2 minutes longer, or until all moisture has evaporated.
Add rosemary and butter and toss lightly.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
