Parmesan Cheese Potato Slices

Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 3 Large, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
Place sliced potatoes on 3 baking sheets. Combine Parmesan cheese and paprika. Brush potato slices with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese mixture.
Convection Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned.
