Scalloped Potatoes Supreme
|Thinly sliced pared potatoes||2 Quart|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In greased 11x7x1 1/2-inch baking dish or 2-quart casserole alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper, and onion.
Combine remaining ingredients and dash pepper; pour over potato mixture.
Cover; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or till potatoes are tender.
