Ingredients
  Red potatoes 4 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 20-30 minutes or until tender; drain.
