Rich Stuffed Baked Potatoes

|Milk/Half and half||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
1. Pierce potatoes with a fork and place on the floor of the oven. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender, rearranging and turning potatoes over after 7 minutes' cooking time. Let stand 3 minutes.
2. Cut potatoes in half, scoop out cooked potato from shells, and combine potato with butter in a 1 1/2-quart mixing bowl. Add milk and mash lightly; the potatoes should remain somewhat lumpy. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Fill potato shells with mashed potatoes and place on a microwave-safe serving platter. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 7) for 5 to 6 minutes, or until heated through.
Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
