Ranch-Style Mock Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 , washed and broken into florets (About 4 Cups Florets)
  Dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Light)
  Fat free milk 1 Tablespoon
  Light margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon (Tub Style)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1.Place cauliflower florets into a steamer and cook for about 20 minutes or until tender.
2.Transfer the cauliflower to a food processor.
3.Add Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Dressing Light, milk and margarine to the cauliflower and blend until the mixture reaches the consistency of mashed potatoes.
4.Add salt, mix and serve.
