Simple Scalloped Potatoes
|Peeled sliced potatoes||5 Cup (80 tbs) (4 Medium)|
|Chopped onion/1 tablespoon instant minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In 2 1/2 or 3-quart glass casserole, arrange sliced potatoes.
Add flour, salt, and onion; toss lightly.
Stir in milk and dot with butter.
Cook, covered with casserole cover, 15 minutes or until potatoes are desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
If desired, sprinkle with paprika or parsley.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes to finish cooking.
